This council focuses on fostering regional economic growth and prosperity by identifying opportunities, attracting new businesses and supporting expansion of existing enterprises in Southern Arizona. It collaborates with public and private sector partners to develop strategies that enhance the region’s competitiveness, workforce development and infrastructure improvements to bolster our region’s economic vitality.

*To participate in this council, Chamber investment must be at the Gold level or above. 

Connects rising professionals under 40 who are passionate about driving economic growth and advancing their careers. Members build networks, develop leadership skills and collaborate on initiatives that shape a thriving business environment.

Brings together industry leaders, employers, educators and stakeholders to address critical workforce needs in the healthcare sector. This collaborative works to remove barriers, build partnerships and develop strategies to grow a strong talent pipeline.

Champions advocacy and community engagement in support of active-duty service members, veterans and their families. This committee leads educational programs, initiatives and partnerships that reinforce Southern Arizona’s proud military heritage.  Sponsored by Chase Bank and PMI Global Services Inc.

This council serves as the advocacy arm of the Chamber, monitoring legislative and regulatory issues at local, state and federal levels that impact the business community. It develops policy positions, educates members on critical business-related legislation and represents the Chamber’s interests to elected officials and government agencies to create a pro-business environment in Southern Arizona.

*To participate in this council, Chamber investment must be at the Silver level or above.

This council addresses the unique needs and challenges of small business owners in Southern Arizona. It provides resources, educational programming, networking opportunities and mentorship to help small businesses thrive. The council analyzes policies that reduce barriers to entry and growth while creating platforms for small business owners to connect with larger enterprises and potential customers.
